PASTA NIGHT IS BACK.

After a few months away, we’re bringing back our Wednesday night ritual—this time with a rotating pasta inspired by what our staff is craving, what’s been circulating through our home kitchens, and the dishes we can’t stop talking about.

First up: Dustin’s Summer Pappardelle.

Pappardelle with eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, Twisted Tree Farm tomatoes, basil & parsley, house red sauce, and Parmesan.

Add the protein of your choice when you arrive, or keep it beautifully vegetable-forward.
