EX MACHINA WINE WEDNESDAYS 08.07 🍇

Την Τέταρτη 8 Ιουλίου, τα Ex Machina Wine Wednesdays φιλοξενούν το νέο εγχείρημα του Αρτέμη Καραμολέγκου, Arktos Elevation Vineyards, ένα οινοποιείο που γεννήθηκε στα 700 μέτρα υψόμετρο του Αμυνταίου.

Μετά από περισσότερα από είκοσι χρόνια αφιερωμένα στην ανάδειξη του Ασύρτικου της Σαντορίνης, ο Αρτέμης Καραμολέγκος στρέφει το βλέμμα του σε ένα εντελώς διαφορετικό terroir. Το ψυχρό ηπειρωτικό κλίμα, οι λίμνες του Αμυνταίου και το μοναδικό υψόμετρο δημιουργούν τις ιδανικές συνθήκες για δύο από τις σημαντικότερες ελληνικές ποικιλίες: το Ασύρτικο και το Ξινόμαυρο. Με την ίδια ακρίβεια και φιλοσοφία που χαρακτήρισε το έργο του στη Σαντορίνη, το Arktos εξερευνά μια νέα έκφραση αυτών των ποικιλιών, με κρασιά που συνδυάζουν καθαρότητα, ένταση και χαρακτήρα.

Για τη βραδιά, η ομάδα μας δημιούργησε ένα ειδικά σχεδιασμένο pairing menu, αναδεικνύοντας τρεις διαφορετικές εμφιαλώσεις από τη συλλογή του Arktos.

On Wednesday, July 8th, Ex Machina Wine Wednesdays welcomes Arktos Elevation Vineyards, the new winery project of acclaimed Greek winemaker Artemis Karamolegos, set among the high-altitude vineyards of Amyndeo.

After more than two decades dedicated to expressing the volcanic identity of Santorini through Assyrtiko, Artemis Karamolegos turns to the cool continental terroir of Amyndeo.

At 700 metres above sea level, surrounded by lakes and a unique mountain microclimate, Arktos explores the potential of two of Greece’s greatest grape varieties: Assyrtiko and Xinomavro Α crafting wines defined by precision, freshness and a strong sense of place.

For the occasion, our team has created a dedicated pairing menu designed around three wines from the Arktos collection.
