Tucked away in the picturesque hamlet of Trebellan this delightful country pub is a real sight for sore eyes.

Welcome to the Smugglers Den Inn, a beautiful and idyllic 16th century thatched pub in the heart of the north Cornish countryside, yet not very far from the sea. A traditional bar with roaring log fire keeps thirsts quenched with a wonderful selection of local ales & wines, whilst a separate restaurant awaits with fantastic local produce served focusing on classic British dishes.

It's Sunday and that means roast day here at the Smugglers, we're serving roasts alongside our regular menu all day from 12pm 🍽

It's also the 1st of November which means our winter hours have kicked in, as of this week we'll be closed on Mondays & Tuesdays, we're now open Wednesday to Saturday serving food from 12pm~2.30pm and 5.30pm~8.30pm, and Sundays all day from 12pm~8pm ❄️👍

We’ve no idea whether they were deliberately carved into the stonework or if it’s just a strange coincidence, but once you’ve spotted them you can’t unsee them, check them out next time you're here! 🗿

Wednesday means pie night at the Smugglers, always a selection of pies, choice of chips or mash served with peas and plenty of gravy, proper comfort food with the added bonus of someone else doing the cooking and washing up! 🥧👌👍

It's definitely a roast day! We're serving our roasts alongside our regular menu all day today from 12pm, it's well worth booking with us on a Sunday as we do get busy! 🍖

A big thanks to everyone who joined us last night for Matt’s Quiz! It was lovely to see the old place packed to the gunnels with so many familiar faces, and a few new ones too! It’s no secret that times are a little challenging for pubs at the moment, which makes evenings like last night all the more appreciated! ❤️😊🍻

Thanks again to everyone who came along, and of course to Matt for his efforts, he managed to raise £65 for , well done Matt 👏🏄💩😊
