Said to be over four hundred years old, not always as a pub but as a private dwelling, The Albion has evolved over the years into this wonderful characteristic public house. The Old Albion name probabaly derives from from a ship that was a schooner built in The Gannel shipyard a mile or so away. The pub boasts two open fires and a wood burner, in a traditional setting. In season there will be up to four ales, Skinners Betty Stoggs, Doombar, Tribute and a rotating guest ale, along with a great wine menu. Ciders - Strongbow and Symonds. Our food is traditional British with some Quirky twists, all made on our premises. We are children and dog friendly, as Crantcok Beach is about a 15 minute walk from the pub. coming soon lots of events, holiday let and our new website.

Well…what a weekend!

We honestly can’t put into words how grateful we are to everyone who rolled up their sleeves, gave up their time, worked hard and helped make Crantock Music Festival happen.

To all our amazing volunteers — thank you, thank you, thank you! You gave your time, your energy, your smiles (and probably a fair bit of sweat! 😂) to help make the weekend so special. We simply couldn’t have done it without you.

It’s that incredible community spirit that makes events like this so special.

And a massive thank you to Lamorna, who worked so hard behind the scenes booking all the fantastic acts and helping bring the music to Crantock.

You all did an amazing job!

We’re incredibly lucky to have such wonderful people around us. The music may have stopped, the dancing may have finished (for now! 😉), but the memories and the feeling of community will stay with us for a long time.

So, from the bottom of our hearts — thank you to every single person who helped, supported, danced, laughed, listened, volunteered and made this weekend what it was.

Crantock, you are brilliant 🤩

The Crantock Bale Push was an absolute belter and we just want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came along and made it such a brilliant success.

From those who got stuck into the bale pushing, to everyone cheering, dancing, enjoying the pizzas, sinking a few drinks and generally making a great night of it — you all played your part! ❤️

Most importantly, we were doing it all to raise money for Man Down Cornwall, Crantock SLSC and some other fantastic local charities and organisations. It’s amazing what can happen when our community gets together for a good cause.

A big shoutout to Idiots of Isolation too for providing the tunes and keeping the party going.

And finally, thank you to everyone behind the scenes who helped make the night happen.
