Meet the team this week is Gordo!! Gordon started with us at Scran a few months back and continues to be a massive part of our kitchen team. We asked Gordo a few questions
Favourite Drink - Jack & Coke or a wee cup of tea when feeling hungover
Favourite food - my mums lasagne…I don’t know what she does but it’s banging!!
How to you spend your spare time - If I’m not working at Scran I help out at Scotch & Wry which is another site of ours. But down time is normally spent collection stamps and Pokémon
If I was not a chef I would be… I think a pilot as I love flying!!

Say hello to the legend that is Donald/Donaldo/Donaldinhio/DDawg who is a massive part of our kitchen team!! Donald has been with us for over a year and the place would not be the same without him! Formally the head chef of Scotch & Wry there should be a WIKIPEDIA page dedicated to his one liners!! We asked him a few questions
Fav Drink - Wh**ky 🥃 of course!!
Fav Food - Mince & Tatties that my granny use to make!!
What do you do in spare time - Playing video games and watching films and wh**ky 🥃 of course.
If you were not a chef I would be - Golf ⛳️ pro as I love the sound of that first hit.

**Part-Time Servers – October Holidays 🍽️**
**Scran Kitchen | Eastgate Shopping Centre, Inverness**

We’re looking for 1–2 friendly, enthusiastic people to join our team over the October school holidays!

You’ll be running food, helping customers, clearing tables, keeping our dining area clean and tidy, and emptying bins. A polite, helpful attitude and willingness to get stuck in are what matter most. Training will be provided, with opportunities to learn the tills and develop further for the right candidates.

**You must be aged 16 or over and available to work most weekends and school holidays.** This could be ideal for a school student looking to gain experience alongside their studies.

There’s potential to stay with us on a casual basis after the holidays, with additional hours available during the festive season and beyond.

When I’m not at work I like to - D&D and video games or watch re-runs of Pokémon!
