🎉 WHAT A NIGHT! 🎉

A huge £380 was raised tonight for Capel Playground, taking our grand total to an amazing:

💰 £1,009.51! 💰

And what a nail-biting quiz it was! 🧠🔥

A massive thank you to Anna Ramsay for putting us through our paces — and congratulations to Wishful Thinkers and The InCapelbles, who finished tied for 1st place! 🏆

So, it was time for the tie-breakers…

Question 1 — both teams got it right.
Question 2 — both teams got it right. 😱

But there can only be ONE winner!

It all came down to the closest guess for the height of the Burj Khalifa in metres…

🥁🥁🥁

And the winner was…

🏆 THE INCAPELBLES! 🏆

Congratulations! And commiserations to Wishful Thinkers — what a finish! 👏

Most importantly, a HUGE thank you to everyone who came along, took part, donated and helped us raise an incredible £1,009.51 for Capel Playground. ❤️ Thank
You to Michael Jay who donated £50 on his own to get us to our target today!

What a fantastic community! 💙

🧠👑 MONDAY BRAINTEASER TIME! 👑🧠

This week’s one is going to need a little more than a quick guess… 🤔😂

✏️ You’re going to need a pen and paper for this one!

We’ve got four friends, four different drinks and a rather complicated ordering situation — and your job is to work out who ordered what and who it was actually for! 🍺🍷🍎🥤

So… how good are your logic skills? 🧠👀

Take your time, work through the clues and see if you can crack it!

🚫 No Googling!
👇 Pop your answer in the comments — and remember, we’ll be back on Thursday with the answer reveal!

Good luck… you might need it! 😂👑

👑🍔 THIS OR THAT — THE MYSTERY EDITION! 🍔❓

This week’s This or That is a little bit different…

We’ve given you one choice — BURGER! 🍔

But the other choice? 🤔
That’s a mystery! ❓

So, what would you choose?

👍 BURGER
❤️ THE MYSTERY MEAL

Would you stick with the burger you know and love, or take a chance on the unknown? 👀

And now we want to hear from you…

👑🐾 HAVE YOU MET KING BOB? 🐾👑

I’m sure many of you have spotted our rather large marble dog keeping watch from the bar! 😂 But did you know he has a name?

Meet Bob! 🐶

And recently, Bob was given a rather special makeover thanks to the lovely Crown Craft & Chatter group, who lovingly crafted him his very own crown. 👑❤️

So naturally, he now has a new title…

✨ KING BOB! ✨

But did you also know there’s a little bit of luck attached to our four-legged king?

🍀 It’s said that rubbing Bob’s nose brings good luck! 🍀

So next time you’re at The Crown, why not give his nose a little rub and see if Bob brings you some luck? 🐾👑

And if you’ve already done it… did it work? 👀😂

🧠👑 MONDAY BRAINTEASER TIME! 👑🧠

We’re doing something a little different this Monday! 😜

This week, we’ve given you the answer… but can you come up with the question? 🤔

That’s right — no working out complicated maths, no tricky riddles… this one is all about your creativity! 😂

💡 Can you think of a question that has the answer shown in the image?

And because we’re at The Crown… we think the sillier, stranger or more ridiculous your question, the better! 🍺🤣

Pop your questions in the comments below and let’s see what you come up with!

We might even award some extra imaginary points for the funniest one! 🏆😂

Then come back on Thursday and we’ll reveal some of our favourites!
