We’re on the lookout for an experienced Head Chef to join our friendly country pub team.
👨🍳 What you’ll be doing:
• Running the kitchen day-to-day
• Cooking for up to 50 covers
• Leading a small team (and working solo when needed)
• Keeping a clean, organised kitchen
• Managing stock, ordering & compliance
• Controlling food GP and costs
⏱ The role:
• 5 days per week
• Approx. 48 hours
• Split shifts
✅ What we need:
• Strong Head Chef or Senior Chef experience
• Confident running a kitchen
• Good understanding of food safety & GP
• Passion for quality pub food
📍 Rural location – own transport recommended
