Finest At Sea is a boutique seafood company in Victoria, B.C. caught seafood with documented origin from our very own commercial fishing fleet. Bob Fraumeni, owner of F.A.S. Seafood Producers Ltd. operates his commercial fishing fleet of 13 vessels which catch F.A.S.(Frozen at Sea) Sablefish, F.A.S. Albacore Tuna, Fresh Long-Lined B.C. Halibut, Troll caught B.C. Spot Prawns and now available Live

Dungeness Crab, Mussels, Clams, Oysters, Green Sea Urchins, Pacific Scallops and Sea Asparagus. Previously Bob sold all his seafood products into the Asian market. For many years he was anxious to make his high quality product available locally. Consequently, 'Finest At Sea' was established as a 'boutique-style' seafood company here in James Bay, Victoria BC. Bob recognized your need for a source of top quality, all wild seafood products of known origin. Combined with state of the art processing, storage facilities, transportation and delivery systems, Bob has now brought these great products to you, the public.

Last Monday we served more fish than any other day at the food truck. EVER!!!! And funny enough, we decided to film that day, clueless to the fact that it would be one for the books 😅😅😅
