I’d love to hear more about where YOU think we should be four years from now. I know I have a lot of thoughts about that. I was born on Haida Gwaii, but I’ve spent most of my life here. My wife Corrine and I believe in Prince Rupert. We’re proudly raising our family here, and we’ve invested in Prince Rupert’s future. Our first family business after I came ashore from working in eco-tourism was the creation of First Avenue Executive Suites. After that we reimagined the old Neptune Motel as The Ridge, and then bought and began our long renovation of the Highliner Hotel & Conference Centre. In 2023 we dreamed even bigger and launched the Old Time Trolley Company. We’re invested in Prince Rupert’s future, we know exactly what it takes to succeed here, and we’ve experienced first-hand the challenges and rewards of being part of that future.

All of this is what I’ll bring to City Council.
