Yes… it’s happening.

After three unforgettable years of serving you from our little food truck, Mami Temaki is coming home. 🏠❤️

The photo says it all… our sign is finally up! We are getting closer every single day to opening the doors of our very own storefront.

This is more than just a new building. It is the realization of a dream that began with a small food truck, big ambitions, and a community that believed in us from day one.

To every single one of you who stood outside our food truck in the pouring rain, freezing, and windy Prince Rupert days… THANK YOU. ❤️
You waited patiently. You cheered us on. You told your family and friends about us. You came back again and again. Every order, every smile, every kind word has helped us reach this milestone. We truly couldn’t have done it without you.

A massive hat’s off to our incredible team who showed up every day with passion, dedication, and smiling faces, no matter what the weather brought. Thank you for working through rain, snow, cold mornings, and busy rushes to serve our guests with love. You are the heart of Mami Temaki. 👏❤️

Now… it’s time for the next chapter.

Soon you’ll be able to enjoy the same menu, the same flavours, the same quality, and the same Mami Temaki vibes—but this time in a warm, cozy, welcoming space where friends and families can gather comfortably all year round.

And we’re not stopping there…

Today, we celebrate not only the beauty of this incredible country, but also the people who make Canada such a welcoming and vibrant place to call home.

We are truly grateful to be part of this amazing community and to serve the wonderful people of Prince Rupert. Your continued love and support have helped Mami Temaki grow, and we couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you for supporting local, and being part of our journey.
