Whenever possible I choose Canadian products, especially produce. I will always support our proud farmers, makers and creators. They deserve our support and even though I’m small potatoes (ha) I’ll support Canada first. I don’t buy produce that comes from the US because I don’t trust it (and other reasons). I’d rather buy vegetables from Canada and other countries with better quality practices. I just wanted you to know.

🌱French Onion Soup- Caramelized onions, herbs, vegetable broth and w**e. GF

🌱Tuscan White Bean Soup- creamy soup with beans, kale, carrots, celery, and sun-dried tomatoes. GF

🌱Lemon Pepper Tofu and Noodles- crumbled tofu marinated in olive oil, lemon, and spices served over noodles with a creamy lemon sauce. Contains gluten.

🌱Green Thai Curry Bowl- crispy tofu, green beans, and peppers over rice with delicious Thai curry sauce. GF. Family size comes with separate container of rice.

🌱Goulash- cheesy and meaty macaroni and tomatoes. Contains gluten

🌱Broccoli Pasta Salad- penne, broccoli, celery and peppers in a dill creamy dressing. Contains gluten.

Delivery to St Albert and most of Edmonton. Minimum $40 for free delivery. Preorder will close this evening (9/13) at 6pm or when I am at my limit 😉

1. Ginger Lentil Soup: puréed lentils, warm spices and lots of ginger. GF

2. Autumn Wild Rice Soup: creamy soup of with sweet potatoes, wild rice, peppers, spinach, carrots and mushrooms. GF

3. Massaman Curry: potatoes, carrots and sweet potatoes in a fragrant creamy curry sauce.

4. Quinoa Salad: quinoa, peppers, ripe olives, chickpeas and cherry tomatoes and my homemade Greek dressing. GF

5. Teriyaki Tofu: tofu and peppers over rice with homemade Teriyaki sauce. GF

6. Mac & Cheese: macaroni and cheese topped with panko and more cheese then baked until golden brown. Contains gluten.

Singapore Noodles: vermicelli noodles and vegetables in sauce topped with baked tofu. This dish is a little spicy but not too much.
Spice: 3/5

Scalloped Potatoes: tender potatoes, onions and homemade bechamel baked with cheese. Family size 6 servings.

Dal and Coconut Rice: red lentil curry with a side of coconut rice. Family size comes with separate container of rice. GF

Chickpea Salad and Focaccia: who wants a sandwich? Make your own with a tasty salad of chickpeas, plant based mayo, pickles and green onions AND a big hunk of focaccia. Family size comes with sandwich makings for 6. Bread contains gluten.

Creamy Mushroom Soup: mushrooms, onions and garlic in a creamy and delicious creamy broth. GF

Minestrone: Italian inspired tomato broth full of beans and vegetables. GF

Delivery to St Albert and most of Edmonton. Minimum $40 for delivery. Front porch drop off. Please leave out a cooler or other weather proof container.

Chickpea Tomato Coconut Curry: fresh tomatoes and mild curried chickpeas served with basmati. GF

Delivery to St Albert and most of Edmonton (send me your address and I’ll let you know if I deliver to your location). Delivery is free! Porch drop off. Saturday delivery.
