Free petting zoo. Free bouncy castles. Face painting, balloon twisting, a stilt walking challenge, circus workshop, the 5 Elements Lion Dance, and Spandy Andy with the Big Balloon Show from 1 PM. Five food trucks and a handful of our favourite vendors.

UPDATE: SHREDDING EVENT CLOSING EARLY

Wow, Callingwood! We had an overwhelming response to today’s FREE Community Shredding Event and filled the truck much faster than anticipated.

The shredding truck is now FULL, and the event will close as soon as we make it through the current line.

We apologize to anyone who wasn’t able to make it in time and truly appreciate your understanding. Thank you to everyone who came out today!

Just 3 days to go until FREE Community Shredding Day at The Marketplace at Callingwood.

Gather those old tax returns, bank statements, bills, receipts and other confidential documents and bring them to the Safeway parking lot on Wednesday, August 26 between 12 PM and 4 PM. Our mobile shredding truck will securely destroy your paperwork on-site, giving you peace of mind while helping you clear the clutter.

The event is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis until the truck reaches capacity.
