Most coffee roasters will sell you great beans. We do that too. But we also show up every single week for the artists who fill our room with something you can’t put in a bag.



Over 14 years. 3,500 shows and counting. Over $20,000 put directly back into the hands of local musicians.

We’re kicking things off with local songwriters Esra Cash and Lynn Lightfoot, bringing their stories of living, loving, and dying to Gravity.
Then we continue with Emily Loveless, who truly lives and breathes music.
After that, Easy Dan will take the stage, covering favorites from all nine albums.
We’ll also feature our Gravity Artist of the Month-Anjie Corpuz Quartet and we wrap up the week with our Sunday Jazz Jam✨

Everything you see on our shelves is made right here in the Gravity kitchen. From scones, cheese biscuits, muffins, biscotti, quiches and pies to soups, chia pudding, sandwiches,chocolate brownies or even chai tea latte.

It all starts here. Thoughtfully prepared in our kitchen, by the people who care about every detail.

Our recipes are built on real ingredients and a lot of care. Some of them have been with us for over 14 years. Over time they’ve been gently refined, growing with us, staying honest, and keeping that feeling of comfort in every bite.

What started as one cafe in Calgary has grown into three locations, a roastery, a music venue, and a community we are endlessly proud of.

Over 3,500 live shows hosted. Over $16,000 paid directly to emerging musicians. And every single bag of coffee you buy helps make that possible.
