Moving Coffee showing up strong in this month’s Coffee Club Mix.
We brought in two very different coffees from them, both doing their own thing, both super memorable.
Sweet Blossom is bright and clean. Stonefruit up front, a hit of blood orange, and this soft honey sweetness that lingers in a really nice way. It’s the kind of cup you keep sipping without thinking too hard about it.
Bench Gesha leans more expressive. Blueberry tart, Earl Grey vibes, a little açaí depth. It feels elegant but still playful, especially as it cools.
Founded in Hong Kong and now based in Vancouver, Moving Coffee has a way of making coffees feel thoughtful without being stiff. These two are a perfect example of that range.
