STRAWBERRY FIELDS ORIGIN SPOTLIGHT: 🇮🇩🍓

Strawberry Fields grows in the volcanic soils of Bali’s Kintamani highlands, where citrus trees shade the crop and Tri Hita Karana — a philosophy of harmony between people, nature and the spiritual world — guides how it’s farmed.

In response to local water scarcity and raised beds already being used for drying parchment, natural processing was the obvious path forward! The approach has since been widely adopted, producing distinctive coffees with vibrant character.

PINK LADY ORIGIN SPOTLIGHT 🇨🇴

Great coffee doesn’t happen alone. Pink Lady comes from a group of smallholders producers in Nariño, Colombia. Each farmer ferments their coffee on-farm for 24 hours before delivering it to a communal solar drying facility.

125 days of stabilizing, a 24-hour mucilage fermentation and a thorough wash all promote a consistent, uniform regional profile and ultimately a clean and balanced cup 🙌
