It’s one of our favourite times of the year and this season we’re incredibly excited to be serving rare WA-grown Bianchetto white truffles from Australian Truffle Traders in Manjimup!

Believed to be the first ever white truffles harvested in the state, they’re delicately aromatic with notes of garlic, onion and rich savoury depth - this very special winter ingredient is unlike their black truffle counterparts.

To celebrate, Head Chef Adam has created a limited edition Pasta Del Giorno featuring house made tagliatelle, designed to let the truffle take centre stage. Alternatively, add 2g or 5g of freshly shaved truffle to any dish, with a selection of our recommended pairings from our menu.

We're welcoming guests for an intimate, one-night-only dining experience, where you'll enjoy a thoughtfully curated multi-course set menu crafted by the alba kitchen and paired with a selection of Langmeil’s most celebrated w**es, as the w**ery marks twenty years since the transplant of its iconic Orphan Bank vineyard and thirty years under the stewardship of the Lindner family.

While Perth cools down, we’re keeping things sun-drenched in our Italian kitchen – long lunches, spritz jugs and two hours of bottomless indulgence every weekend!

Start with a generous spread of antipasto, followed by a selection of share plates placed on the table – family style! There’s also the option to finish, as all good Italian meals should, with a big scoop of Nonna’s signature tiramisu 🤌
