Polpo Piccante

A little fire for your spring evening.

Our Polpo Piccante brings wood-fired Fremantle octopus together with spicy romesco and ’nduja sauce. Pickled onion petals, crispy capers and salsa verde add brightness and texture around the plate.

The warmth of the wood fire, a little heat, and a fresh green finish. An opening course with plenty of character, ready to settle into the middle of your table.

Mezzelune di Pesce Zafferano e Bottarga

Golden pasta, made in our kitchen, with the sea at its heart.

Our Mezzelune di Pesce, Zafferano e Bottarga pairs housemade saffron seafood ravioli with fresh cherry tomatoes, Shark Bay mussels and clams. Garlic and chilli bring warmth, with bottarga adding its distinctive savoury note.

There is colour in every corner of the plate and plenty to discover in each forkful. A generous taste of the sea on our spring menu.

MEET MATTIA 🇮🇹 A REBEL LOOK WITH A HEART OF GOLD. ❤️

If you're lucky, you might be greeted by Mattia the moment you walk through our doors.

Covered in tattoos, with a carefree spirit and the cutest dimples, he has a smile that instantly makes you feel at home.

But behind that laid-back exterior is someone incredibly thoughtful and warm-hearted. He loves keeping things organised and planning little surprises for the people he cares about. Nothing makes him happier than seeing others smile.

For Mattia, hospitality runs in the family.

His grandparents once ran a restaurant and bar near Turin, Italy, so he grew up surrounded by good food, lively conversations and the joy of bringing people together.

At just 16, he started working in a pizzeria. Today, he's still learning, growing and quietly chasing a dream: one day, opening a restaurant of his own.

Risotto Asparagi Mandorle e Mascarpone

When asparagus is in season, we make room for it at the table.

Fresh local asparagus is at the heart of our Risotto Asparagi, Mandorle e Mascarpone. Creamy carnaroli rice, mascarpone and Parmigiano Reggiano give it a soft richness, with toasted almond flakes for a delicate crunch.

A plate of spring greens with all the comfort of a proper Italian risotto. Settle in and enjoy the season, one spoonful at a time.

Burrata Zucchine Fave e Pesto

Spring begins with something fresh at the table.

burrata rests on marinated zucchini carpaccio with broad beans and carrot top pesto. Olive crumb and black garlic add depth to all that soft cheese and green freshness.

Our weekly special brings Tasmanian sea urchin, Shark Bay prawn and bottarga together with bucatini. The sea urchin lends a delicate richness, the prawn its natural sweetness, and the bottarga a deeply savoury finish.
