Cavalieri Cheese We Supply A Wide Range of Delicatessen Food & Condiments to Restaurants, Lodges & The Public.

We mainly supply to the lodges and restaurants, but we have a little coffee shop/ deli that we also sell cheese and all the other products to the public.

🇮🇹☀️ ITALIAN SUMMER BRUSCHETTA

Looking for something quick, fresh and delicious? This easy Italian-inspired bruschetta is perfect for summer lunches, sharing boards or a simple starter. 🍅🧀🌿

You’ll need:
🥖 Ciabatta
🧀 Mozzarella
🥓 Prosciutto
🍅 Cherry tomatoes
🌿 Fresh basil
🫒 Olive oil
🍇 Balsamic glaze
🧂 Salt & freshly cracked black pepper

Method:

1. Slice the ciabatta and toast until golden and crispy.
2. Drizzle with olive oil.
3. Top with creamy mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and pieces of prosciutto.
4. Add fresh basil, salt and black pepper.
5. Finish with a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze.
6. Serve fresh and enjoy! 🇮🇹

🇮🇹 Burrata, Peach & Prosciutto Summer Salad
Creamy burrata + sweet peaches + salty prosciutto = Italian summer on a plate. 🍑🇮🇹

You’ll need:

- 1 ball burrata
- 2 ripe peaches or nectarines, sliced
- 4–6 slices prosciutto
- Fresh basil
- A handful of rocket
- Olive oil
- Balsamic glaze
- Salt & freshly cracked black pepper
- Optional: toasted almonds or pine nuts

Method:
1.Arrange the rocket and sliced peaches on a serving plate.
2.Tear the prosciutto into pieces and add it around the peaches.
3.Place the burrata beautifully in the centre.
4.Drizzle generously with olive oil and a little balsamic glaze.
5.Finish with fresh basil, black pepper and toasted nuts.

Serve with crusty ciabatta and enjoy! 🇮🇹☀️
