Come join us at Meraki by Charlie Lakin for this week's menu created from the wonderful seasonal delights from our local farmers and growers.
At this time of year the ingredients lend themselves to earthy, rich dishes but a lovely harvest of stunning fresh sugar snap peas bursting with a sweet freshness for Charlie something he normally associates with spring allowing him to create a light dish of fresh cheese literally made a few hours before service with rich creamy Jersey Cow Company milk served with heirloom carrots, buttery pecans and slices of crispy homecured pork neck.
Tracey's quail with an Asian influence the breast seared and served with peppery fermented radish, crunchy scallions and a light galangal infused broth with a fried quail leg at the side coated in a chilli and garlic fermented honey glaze.
Roast rump of lamb with earthy beetroot and cauliflower with a little Indian twist of a lamb kofte from the shoulder, lemon atchar and curry leaves. Just a few dishes to tempt them taste buds as well as all the other treats on offer with this weeks menu.
