CLUB HOUSE UPDATE
Things are moving along at a rapid pace.
On 4 August, the second and final 11kvA supply cable for the municipality was relocated, allowing us full access to the construction site. This means Macwin is able to continue with the lower ground level retaining walls for the recycling and waste centre, security control room and maintenance workshops. These will form the floor area for the braai areas and pergolas adjacent to the court and pool, and the area for the phase two section - which is TBC (originally planned for the gym).

The club house itself is getting its roof at the moment, the pool has been dug ready for the direct contractor to come and start, and the platform for the Pickleball / multi use court is in progress.

The electrical team has been excavating to lay the electrical supply cable from the sub station in Sienna to the club house.

Despite the delays caused with the eThekwini Electrics supply cables running through our site, we are continuing safely with works where permitted.
✅The Club House building itself is well underway at window height.
✅The pool is currently being dug.
✅The LG level retaining wall footing is being poured on the sides outside of the safety zone for the electric cable.
✅The retaining wall for the road from the LG to G level is currently being built.
✅The beautiful dry stacking rock wall along where the court and pool will be has been completed by Wynne Landscapes.

ENTRY BOOMS AND REMOTES (again)

The entrance booms receiver is playing up again for remotes only. There seems to be something interfering and we need to try and find it.

Please be patient while entering this afternoon and security will assist you, while we try and resolve this issue.

Thanks
Alison
