CLUB HOUSE UPDATE
Things are moving along at a rapid pace.
On 4 August, the second and final 11kvA supply cable for the municipality was relocated, allowing us full access to the construction site. This means Macwin is able to continue with the lower ground level retaining walls for the recycling and waste centre, security control room and maintenance workshops. These will form the floor area for the braai areas and pergolas adjacent to the court and pool, and the area for the phase two section - which is TBC (originally planned for the gym).
The club house itself is getting its roof at the moment, the pool has been dug ready for the direct contractor to come and start, and the platform for the Pickleball / multi use court is in progress.
The electrical team has been excavating to lay the electrical supply cable from the sub station in Sienna to the club house.
