Seven months ago, we opened the doors to Filigree Coffee with a simple but ambitious goal: to create exceptional coffee experiences.

A coffee experience that slowed you down, brought you closer to the people you love, and made you appreciate the product itself — coffee.

A space that not only served exceptional coffee, but delivered exceptional hospitality, day in and day out.

Seven months in, we think that’s worth celebrating.

Join us this weekend, August 29 + 30, for Month Seven — a celebration of the coffee, the people, and the community that have made Filigree what it is.

⚡️ 250 COMMEMORATIVE GIFTS

The first 250 guests will receive a custom-colorway Filigree pin and commemorative card created exclusively for this weekend. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Our friends at Buttermilk Bakery will be joining us with special treats throughout the weekend, available while supplies last.

☕️ DILIO PECHENE: NO. 1 AUCTION WINNER BEST OF CAUCA

Perhaps the most special part of the weekend. We’re incredibly excited to release Dilio Pechene, our collaboration with Mirra Coffee and the No. 1 auction winner Best of Cauca.
Expect pomegranate, tamarind, floral notes, lemon tea, green mango, and papaya as the coffee cools.

For us, this coffee represents everything we love about specialty coffee — collaboration, camaraderie, and independent roasters coming together to share something exceptional.

What a weekend. 🤍

We truly feel like this was the collaboration of the year. Working with The Lost Bros has been such an incredible experience, and over the years they’ve become so much more than collaborators — they’ve become family.

A huge thank you to L E X 💛 Cody Tapoler the entire The Lost Bros team and of course our rock star team of coffee professionals Filigree Coffee and everyone who came out and shared this weekend with us. It was truly unreal getting to meet so many new faces, share conversations, and welcome new people into our community. We already know many of you will soon become family too.

We’re back to our normal hours and full menu starting tomorrow, 7/27. We can’t wait to see you back in the cafe.

A beautiful representation of the complexity and terroir that make coffees from Burundi so captivating and a coffee you do not want to miss.

We’re excited to share our first coffee from Burundi and our first offering from the Long Miles | Coffee Producers —and we know it won’t be our last.

This exceptional lot from Gitwe, processed at the Heza Washing Station, showcases everything we love about coffees from Burundi. Expect sparkling mango lemonade acidity balanced by a full, tea-like body that cools into notes of vibrant red and purple fruit.

This coffee is a reflection of thoughtful cultivation, meticulous processing, and the incredible work Long Miles has been doing in Burundi for years. We’re honored to share it with our community.
