An exceptionally clean yet processed forward Ethiopian coffee from the Banko Gotiti station in Yirgacheffe. Typically, we don’t gravitate toward coffees with heavy post-harvest processing—but this one is the exception.

Sourced through Tracon and crafted with incredible care and precision at Banko Gotiti, this coffee is a true reflection of what thoughtful processing can achieve.
The cup is vibrant, layered, and expressive—equally exciting as a filter or a wild, fruit-forward espresso. Through natural processing and anaerobic fermentation with lactic bacteria, it delivers a tropical, high-acidity profile with notes of passionfruit, blood orange, grapefruit, guava, pineapple, and delicate florals like orange blossom. A dynamic, evolving cup we’re really proud to share.

A standout lot from Oaxac. This coffee from the moment it was placed on our cupping table really stood out to us and it has only continued to do so, so much so that we have bought this coffee two harvests in a row through our importing partners at

In the cup, this coffee is extremely sweet and clean, reminding us of flavors like cranberry jam, red currant, tangerine, and orange. We also find a nice sugar cane and fresh almond quality to come through as this coffee cools. This coffee is a beautiful representation of the diversity and special quality of Mexican coffees grown and processed with care.

🍈This stunning honey-processed lot comes from Buncho Station in Bensa, Sidama, managed by Asefa Dukamo Korma and his team. Cherries from 800+ farmers - mostly 74158 variety - are sorted, de-pulped, and dried with mucilage on raised beds for 12-15 days.

The result is a vibrant, juicy cup with complex acidity. Operated by Daye Bensa, a quality-driven producer with COE awards and deep ties to local growers, this coffee reflects both meticulous processing and a strong, growing partnership we are proud to support. This coffee provides a super sweet and juicy profile reminding us of a golden muscat grape, apricot, and wildflower honey.

☕️ Filter Coffees

Our flash brew features a natural Ethiopian from Bookkisa bursting with sweet strawberry notes. Alongside it, two beautiful hand brews from Colombia and Ethiopia: a world-class Geisha varietal from our friend Dionel Chilito and and a clean, process-forward lactic anaerobic natural from Ethiopia that opens with tropical sweetness and finishes with passionfruit as it cools. Two must-try coffees.

Dionel Chilito and his coffee’s are some of our favorite in Colombia.

We were introduced to Dionel through our good friend Felipe Trujillo at Ventola Coffee in Colombia. We have tasted Dionel’s geisha for 3 harvests in a row now and can confidently say this harvest is the best one we’ve tasted. The reason we love Dionels geisha is because it’s a beautiful example of excellent processing, careful harvesting, and varietal qualities coming together to produce something beautiful. We love this coffee for presenting everything we love about clean washed process Geisha varietals from this part of Pitalito, Huila and we personally think this is one of the best we’ve ever tasted from this region. This cup is extremely complex from hot to cold, especially as it cools this coffee really shines. We taste a ton of citric acidity like kumquat and lemon when hot, as this coffee cools you can expect to taste flavors including but not limited to pink lemonade, guava, strawberry, yuzu, and florals like jasmine. This coffee is extremely complex and is a beautiful hand brew offering and complex single origin espresso.
