Friday, roasters from around the country came together for our very first Roaster’s Cup. While our 3 judges took on the incredibly difficult task of cupping each sample and evaluating with the help of , our roasters and friends enjoyed a cupping in the cafe and celebrated the unique approaches to this coffee from Finca La Misericordia.

What a fantastic evening together, a massive congratulations to each of these roasters, and most sincere thank you to our sponsors, judges, and team who put together this beautiful cup! ☕️
