Well, it's that time of year again folks... so we figured we'd jump in and give it a try! We just tapped our first ever Pumpkin Spice Cream Ale that'll be available this weekend at the Brewery as well as the Taproom & Grill! 🍻🎃🍁

We've gotten the question of "Do you do Pumpkin b**rs?" for a long, long time and have done b**rs in the past like our Squashbuckler which turned out really well! But this style is a lighter, much more spice-focused b**r that turned out really good! It's got just the right amount of flavor to it that'll keep you coming back, so make sure you come out and try this before it's gone!

A super light, creamy brew featuring an infusion of Pumpkin Spice flavors and slay energy to give it a long lingering flavor that will make you want to keep sipping!

Another fine brew is added to the taplines: The Vienna L***r! 🇦🇹

This Austrian b**r has many characteristics that it shares with it's German Märzen cousin, a nice malt-forward profile that's lightly complimented by the Noble hops, semi-dry finish that starts with a bright caramel and honey tones that make it super refreshing and a low ABV so you can have a few without being too sideways 🤣🍻

4.8% ABV / 26 IBUs
A copper colored L***r using German Noble hops with a rich malty profile and just a hint of biscuit notes.

to2026 Hubbleton Brewing Fall Stroke Play Sim Golf League is back in action and ready for you to join to keep those golf games rolling strong year round! Here's the details for you:

Format: Stroke play league, Weeks 1–7: Establish a handicap
Cost: $15 per week, 9 Holes per week
Days: Mondays–Thursdays; Limited based on slots, so sign up ASAP to get preferred times!
Tee times: 2:00 PM, 4:30 PM, or 7:00 PM
Season: 8 weeks, October 19 – December 17
At Week 8: Championship tournament, dates and times will be determined on availability

Our annual German fest brew is back for a limited time! This tasty grain based brew is lightweight, super easy to drink, and finishes with a tasty caramel pop that’ll leave you wanting more!

🍻 Hops at Marsh Haven is back! 🌿

We’re excited to be pouring at Hops at Marsh Haven, a unique fall b**r walk at Marsh Haven Nature Center in Waupun!

From 4–8 PM, you’ll get to wander the nature center and trails while stopping along the way for craft b**r samples from local breweries. As the sun goes down, the trails will even be lit by lanterns, making for a pretty awesome fall evening.

📅 Saturday, October 10, 2026 , 4:00–8:00 PM
Located at: Marsh Haven Nature Center
W10145 State Road 49, Waupun, WI

Tickets are $40 in advance or $45 at the door, and the event is limited to just 200 tickets, so grabbing yours early is a good idea. Marsh Haven members can also receive discounted admission.

Your ticket includes:
🍺 A commemorative 8 oz. glass mason jar
🍻 3 oz. samples at each brewery station, with up to 3 options available at each stop
🌿 Free admission to the Marsh Haven Nature Center museum
🥾 Access to the nature trails throughout the event
🌙 A lantern-lit trail experience after dark
🍴 A food truck will also be on-site, with details coming soon!

Today is the Big Day! 🍻🎉
9 Years in business is quite the accomplishment considering all the crazy hurdles we've had to cross over almost a decade of brewing, improvements, learning to run a restaurant, tons of events, and lots more!

We couldn't be more grateful for all of you that have supported us along the way one pint and conversation at a time 🥰 and we wanted to give a huge shoutout to the crew that works at these locations as well! This would be an impossible task with the people behind and in front of the scenes that help us every week and every day continue this crazy endeavor!

Let's have a few b**rs today and chat about all the good times that this little brewery has created for all of us along the way! 🍻

Tap & Grill Location
(W7071 Main St, Watertown, WI 53094):
- Live Music featuring She's Right - I'm Left from 5pm - 8pm
- A large Fireworks show at the Taproom & Grill starting after the band is done around dusk!
- Oktoberfest Tap Release, all day!

We can't wait to celebrate this huge milestone with you all, we're super grateful that we've been able to stay in business this long to continue to serve you all and look forward to doing it for many more years to come!
