Our J-1 Cultural Exchange Program brings incredible value to The Cliffs by creating meaningful connections between our international students, team members, and members. Students share their cultures, energy, and hospitality, enriching the member experience, while our teams gain global perspectives and lasting relationships. What starts as a program quickly becomes something more—friendships turn into family, and together we create a community that makes The Cliffs truly special. 🌎

This past month has been such a memorable part of Caitlyn’s J-1 Internship journey in the USA 🇺🇸✨ From celebrating coworkers’ birthdays to enjoying a fun day out at Topgolf for St. Patrick’s Day, every moment has been filled with new experiences and connections.

Working at the club has also given Caitlyn the chance to be part of special moments like a “Girls Day” with members, and even being treated to a lovely dinner by a member alongside her roommate — a true reflection of the welcoming community and cultural exchange this program offers 💛

It’s more than just an internship — it’s about building relationships, experiencing new cultures, and creating unforgettable memories.
