Comfort, fresh, simple. From Burgers to Brats to Chicken with Mashed Potatoes, we’ve got something for everyone. Just don’t leave without trying our Buttermilk Herb Biscuits or the S’more Pie with homemade marshmallow. We love incorporating our beer into many of our items like in the Helles Lager Onion Tart and in the Oatmeal Raisin Wort Ice Cream Sandwiches with Salted Sticky Toffee Sauce. As proud members or the Vermont Fresh Network, Local First Vermont, Farm Plate & Slow Food, we try to use as much local and regional product as we can, and try to grow as much as we can in our own back yard to use on the menu. Brewmaster, Will Gilson, is an avid gardener and takes care of the veggies for us!
