Biscuit in the Basket

It is with mixed emotions that I inform everyone that Biscuit in the Basket will not be re-opening for business this coming season at the Stowe Arena. As much as I love the concept of BIB and the relationships we have developed with the hockey community and beyond in Stowe, the time commitment and energy needed to operate BIB was becoming more that was able to provide. Watching my kids play hockey from the kitchen at BIB was not something that I anticipated, and I would much prefer to watch games from the bleachers on a Saturday night as a hockey parent and as a fan.
The support and love we have received has been amazing and my hope is to pass this business on to someone who can continue to grow and build on what we have developed over the last few years.
A special thank you to our amazing kitchen and counter staff, parents, Stowe Arena staff and hockey players for all you have given to us at Biscuit in the Basket and I look forward to seeing you at the rink next season!

With the season winding down, our schedule will be limited as well. This week we will be open for the 14u playdowns on Friday night and Saturday morning. Good luck to all of the Stowe teams this weekend!

It's Friday! Lets be real. It's waaaayyyy too cold to cook tonight. Get some fresh fried fish and chips tonight and avoid crowds. As a bonus, the Stowe Youth Hockey 14u girls take on Essex at 6:00pm tonight so you can watch some hockey action in the warmth of the Stowe Arena! Ordering info is below. See you tonight!
