Dearest Stowe Community,

As we reach the end of foliage season, we have taken stock of our team here and come to a hard conclusion: we’re taking a break. This Sunday will be our last day of service in Stowe through the winter.

🥕 Carrot Cake Crepe – Maple-roasted carrots, toasted coconut, pumpkin seeds, and raisins wrapped in a fall spiced crepe, finished with cream cheese icing.⁠

🍄 Fungi Fusion – Mixed sautéed NE mushrooms, caramelized onions, Cabot Swiss, and baby spinach in a roasted garlic crepe shell.⁠

Blueberries are having their moment—and so is our Blueberry Pie. 🫐
A frumpled sweet crepe filled with warm local blueberry compote, topped with toasted streusel, and served with a scoop of local ice cream.
Come on by and treat yourself. You deserve it! ☀️🌾🫶

5 years ago, around this time, we opened in Stowe. Here’s Benjy with our first round of banquette seating in place, before our tables were finished and lights were hung, dreaming up ways to make this space feel like our own. 🧡

Today it’s a buzzing and joyful atmosphere filled with plants and local art, a kids zone and an outdoor patio. Open at 7 am daily, 7 days a week.

This weekend we are hosting music on Saturday and Sunday to complement the happening in town. Swing by our place for some tunes and be sure to check out other happenings around town at The Alchemist! 🎶

July specials are comin’ in hot hot HOT!!! 🔥

We’re taking full advantage of summer’s offerings — here’s what we have in store:

🫐Blueberry Lime Bliss // Local blueberry compote and key lime curd boxed into a graham cracker crepe shell and served with whipped cream and toasted coconut.

🥬The Super Souvlaki Crepe // Pulled chicken, local tomato, red onion, and lettuce wrapped in a herbed crepe and served with homemade tzatziki sauce. A table of regulars at our Albany location dreamed this one up – thanks for the suggestion!!

🍊Creamsicle Milkshake // Local vanilla ice cream blended with orange for a classic summer treat.

🍓Strawberry Lemonade // Fresh strawberries infused into our house-made lemonade.

it’s HOT out. too hot to pretend otherwise. a proper scorcher one might say. what you need is hydration. what we have is lemonade. strawberry lemonade, even. we’ve got other icy drinks, but this strawberry lemonade is somethin’ special. we don’t want you parched in times like these. not on our watch.
