SEND LAWYERS, GUNS AND MONEY !
Frontier Cafe owner arrested today by Stevensville Police Chief John Boe on suspicion of Illegal Distribution of Bacon. This criminal was held in a high security facility in the Cenex parking lot pending bail. Dozens of people were called to post bail, yet all of them offered Chief Boe cash to keep the man locked up as long as possible. Chief Boe commented "He definitely looks more like a criminal than most people we arrest. I'll keep him locked up based on that alone."

THANK YOU Krystal Buhler and Bitterroot Floors & More for an excellent experience and a job well done! You helped us pick exactly the right carpet for our needs. Your installation team showed up on time, on the date you promised. The install was done in one day instead of the two that you had estimated. The clean-up was immaculate, and you followed up the next day to make sure that everything was done right. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the results.

We recently switched our frying oil from seed/vegetable to beef tallow. Here is why we made the switch:

Tallow imparts a subtle, savory beef flavor. When used for frying, it produces a distinctively light, golden, and crispy exterior without making the food absorb unnecessary grease.
Unlike industrially refined seed oils, beef tallow leaves a clean, non-chemical finish on the palate.

Tallow remains highly chemically stable at extreme temperatures, meaning it does not oxidize, break down, or generate toxins.
Because it is minimally processed through simple low-heat rendering, it completely lacks the chemical solvents or hydrogenated trans fats found in commercial shortenings.

Bottom line.....it makes our French Fries taste great :-) We hope you like the change.

Join us for Mother's Day & be among family, neighbors & friends. We are busily filling our patio with flowers & plants to make it beautiful for mom. Sunday the weather will be in the high 70s, making it a perfect day for a patio breakfast or lunch. We have delicious new menu options like Belgian waffles with berries & whipped cream, and of course our classic breakfast buffet from 8 AM to 1 PM. Stop by the Frontier......we'd love to see you.
