I am Silvia Ade-Wirick the owner behind Alpenstüble Inc.- The Bretzel Factory native from Baden Württemberg also known as Swabia a State in the South Part of Germany bordering the State of Bavaria to the South East and Hessen and Rheinland -Pfalz to the Northwest. I’ve always loved sitting in the Kitchen watching my Oma (Grandmother) and Mama cooking and baking bread. I really misse

d the pretzels; since I left Germany, so I started making pretzels for myself and my family. I brought the pretzels and other Authentic German Treats along to get-togethers with friends and family and they loved them.
