Ahava is hiring for our manager position. While barista experience is a plus, we will train the right candidate. Manager duties include training and overseeing staff, scheduling, working regular shifts alongside staff, direct customer service, stocking, cleaning, and controlling and ordering cafe inventory. The Manager helps coordinate with our baker and food staff on menu development. He prints Montana and folk art scenes onto mugs and trivets as well as hand making the wood frame for those trivets by hand out of rate woods with beautiful grains such as mango wood.
