This week, Luminary Kitchen & Provisions, lost one of our own. We know we preach family alllllllll the time here and it is because we spend so much time together that we really do form this tight knit group that leans on each other. We have had the pleasure of having Brad Swan join our family and bring so much joy with him. His want to contribute, be great, and offer impeccable service was admirable and celebrated. If you were lucky to have had him take care of you, then you probably fell in love with his spirit. He was an avid golfer, a champion for substance abuse recovery, and a human that showed kindness is still abundant in people.

He was very young and his passing was completely unexpected. We are comforted knowing he passed peacefully but incredibly saddened to know he has left behind a wife he doted on and praised. Our community has shown time and time again that when one of us are in need we can rally together to help ease financial burdens that come with medical and funeral expenses. Please let's wrap Amber Swan in our arms and show her what we mean when we say you're part of the Luminary family.

We will see you soon friends. The Luminary Kitchen & Provisions needs some rest, relaxation, and time to slow down and spend time with our loved ones.
We love you all so much and are incredibly grateful that you allow us this time to pause, enjoy the summer sun, and enjoy some time outside of LKP.
We promise you new menus, new cocktail lists, new wines, and new ways to enjoy summer ingredients.

Luminary Kitchen & Provisions has the privilege to host and cater TWO beautiful couple's weddings today. It really is the biggest honor to be a part of such a big day ❤️.

We will open for happy hour at 430 today! See you for a gorgeous evening before we close next week for our annual summer staff break.

We thought long and hard and have made the decision to close this evening [June 17] out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our staff and guests. When Reed Timmer comes to town, you take heed and prepare for a storm.

Not even Luminary Kitchen & Provisions is worth risking life and limb.

Please be safe, stay aware, and come visit us this weekend as it is financially very hard to close when you're a small business.
