Hey Friends! Join us in congratulating Eliot as he transitions into his new career field of nursing! 🥳🎉We are so proud of his commitment to serving others and wish him the best as he continues his journey in education. Eliot started working at the bakery as a Freshman in high school. During this time he has grown in experience to become a jack of all trades. At Incredibly Delicious, we truly are a family business. Eliot will be missed greatly, especially by his mother who is already teary-eyed writing this post. Needless to say there are some big shoes to fill here, but we are happily accepting applications at this time. UPDATE: We've had some lightening downtown, so Gary & Garron headed back to the shop with all the Market goods & our featured Peach Melba Danish. Everyone is safe and sound!

We will be open until 3pm today if you want to come see us where it's nice and dry inside. Thanks for all your support! We love our customers and hope you stay safe today. ❤️

Hey Friends! 😃 We are excited to see you today at the bakery and downtown at the Old Capitol Farmers Market presented by HSHS St. John's! We have our Peach Melba Danish at the Market today and Saturday- peach compote with raspberry pastry cream baked in a flaky croissant dough.

We also have our amazing artisanal handmade breads at both locations- traditional French baguettes, hard rolls, batards, country French, Kalamata olive, wheat raisin walnut, multigrain, and pepper parmesan!
