SCORPION DISCO
This modern West Coast IPA is dry-hopped with a mix of American & New Zealand hops including Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Strata. This clean, clear IPA is lower in malt character and bitterness than traditional West Coast IPAs, focusing on citrusy, tropical and dank aromas and flavors.
TRAINING BINES
This IPA forgoes traditional bitterness in favor of a rounded juicy finish and a complex olfaction profile of fruit, citrus, pine and floral notes from the Simcoe and Mosaic Lupulin powder, and Citra hops. An incredibly drinkable, dank, and beautifully nuanced example of what can be done when you focus on the quality of the hop.

Imagine youโ€™re wandering the narrow streets of Prague after work and amble into your neighborhood pub to have a beer or two? Maly 8ยฐ is a riff on this style of enjoyment. This Czech-style 8ยฐ pils features a rounded bitterness and complex malt character for full flavor, but checks in at only 3.1% abv. We used New Zealand Saaz hop varietals to produce a brighter and subtly fruitier hop note to add a progressive twist.
ERASTUS
A dry, spicy, and complex Belgian-style ale inspired by Trappists. Aroma and flavor marked by the marriage of peppery spice, citrus, and pear. Noble hops assertively utilized to create balance.
ESPECIAL
Deep gold in color, Especialโ€™s aromas and flavors showcase notes of maize, subtle hay, and cracker, with a touch of herbal hops. The refreshing finish is dry with just a hint of bitterness.

A Golden Rye Lager
Even though we called this one what we called it, thereโ€™s nothing aggressive about it! Just a wonderfully simple beer that shows off the German rye malt in a medium-bodied Helles-type lager, thatโ€™s got just enough oomph in it to make you stay for a few. Tasting notes? Not a sweet beer, but sniff and sips of fresh made biscuits, honey, bread dough, and dab of white pepper.
