These fries take 3 days to make!? No, seriously 🔥🫣💯

We start with bags of fresh WA potatoes, soak overnight, double-blanch, then cook to order so they hit crispy outside, soft and moist inside every time 👌🏼

For our Garlic Fries, we top them with garlic herb aioli + crumbled feta and a little serrano heat. Crispy, creamy, salty, spicy… it’s unfairly delicious.

Want to go max level? Add 21-spice chicken shawarma or flame-seared beef gyro on top and call it a day 😮‍💨
