Something exciting is on the way!
Mark your calendars and prepare your tastebuds, our new brunch menu at Serious Pie Totem Lake launches September 5th. We’re talking semolina pancakes with mascarpone and seasonal preserves, coconut cream pie bombolini, prosciutto biscuit Benedicts, bacon & egg hoagies, and four different types of egg pizzas.
-Sausage scramble: housemate fennel sausage, scrambled eggs, charred onion, poblano peppers, and parmigiano
-tomato vodka sauce: laminate kale, Calabrian chili crisps, and a sunny egg
-eggs & potatoes: roasted garlic cream, applewood smoked bacon, sunny eggs, and pecorino
-green eggs & ham: sunny eggs, prosciutto di parma, arugula, and parmigiano
