We are currently open for patio dining (reservations suggested) and take out, both available on our website. Featuring wood-fired pizza and Italian dishes that are meant to share, including salumi, cheeses and desserts. Local, seasonal, and traditional Italian ingredients go into every dish. The bar menu features regional Italian wines, up to five local beers on tap, classic Italian cocktails (ape

ritivi and digestivi) as well as a full bar. Several non-alcoholic options, as well as espresso drinks appear on the menu.

Fast forward to this era, the BDC of 2026 and our amazing staff who keep it the fires lit, the bread baked, the desserts assembled, the blossoms stuffed, the anchovies cleaned, the peppers blistered, the wine ordered, the cocktails shaken, the special requests accommodated, the tables set, the wood chopped, the dishes cleaned, the stations tidied, the pizzas fired, the suppli fried, the guests welcomed…and all the little tasks in between. We raise our glasses to the many people who’ve been on our payroll, especially our current crew, one of whom is 12 years in already! 2003 is really when we started to dream up Bar del Corso even if we didn’t know what it would be yet. We spent a month in Washington, DC and then traveled for several month all throughout Italy, living on the cheap but eating well, even if it was a simple picnic on an overnight ferry from Napoli to Palermo. We ate in Rome and Orvieto, in Gubbio and Bolzano, in Genoa, in Verona, in Bari and Trieste…and of course Rome and everywhere in between. Then we spent two years in DC honing our respective skills, then back to Seattle where we bought a little house by the skin of our teeth, started a garden, and got a couple kitties to climb our neighbors apple trees…the business plan was right around the corner!
