We are donating 10% of all sales to Rainier Scholars today, an organization dedicated to cultivating students’ academic and leadership potential through opportunities that increase college graduation rates and empower new generations of leaders.

Today we’re excited to celebrate all of your hard work, perseverance, and the exciting future ahead. From late-night studying to achieving huge milestones, this moment is so well deserved!

We’ve loved seeing each of you over the past 4 years for those lunchtime Italian sodas, after-school soft serves, and toffee chocolate chip cookies!

Tomato jam and creamy goat cheese are tucked into the buttery, flaky layers of our croissant then topped with ripe tomatoes and fresh basil! It’s bright, fresh, and full of summer flavor ❤️

Happy June and the arrival of Pride Month! 💞

We celebrate Pride with joy, cultivating community, and creating spaces where everyone feels welcome. 🌈 We also want to celebrate by giving back to those organizations that are actively fighting for LGBTQ+ rights, who are investing in the education of a diverse group of LGBTQ+ teens, and are working to establish a cooperative network that provides transitional and semi-permanent housing to meet the needs of working-class QT2BIPOC in the greater Seattle area.

Soccer fans from around the world are coming to Seattle this summer, so this year as our Pride fundraiser throughout the month of June, we will be donating $1 from the the sale of each of these World Cup Pride soccer cookies and cupcakes as well as $1 from the sale of our cinnamon rolls to the following organizations:
