The Village of Savannah is excited to announce that Grant Funding has been received to cover 100% of the $173,000 cost of the design and installation of high visibility crosswalks and Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons. This grant will significantly improve safety at the intersection of US 250 and East/West Main Street, near Cattlemans and Savannah Academy Park. The grant award has been provided by the Ohio Department of Transportation Highway Safety Team. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2027.
