Dorlo Pizza is looking for F&A smoked provolone. The cheese should be properly aged. The cheese usually come 3 to a case of 10-12 lb logs.

We have been assured by our suppliers that this is indeed our cheese; that it is just a new batch of cheese that is fresh and young and not as aged as usual, and that it should finish over the next few days.

Thanks for your patience and understanding. We have resumed operations as of 11am. Dining room opens at 4 pm.

We're not doing Pizzas until we get this cheese issue sorted out. It seems as though something happened in regards to receiving our normal pizza cheese.

We're not out here trying to change our flavor profile.

So we're down to subs and salads, wings and wedges for the time being. Cinnamon sticks too!

We've added a roast beef and swiss sub today.
