Fall at The Reed starts with a trip to Forks.

Saturday, September 26, 11 AM to 5 PM is officially Hoa Hoa Day.

Pick up a Visitor’s Guide at Twilight HQ and go from there. Posters are hidden through the floors, participating shops are handing out autographs and selling themed items, Edward is stationed at the Welcome to Forks sign for photos, and there’s a screening running in the underground. Collect eight autographs and you’re in the raffle.

Dress as your favorite character if you want to. Hoa Hoa Day merch from The Awkward Peach Boutique , stickers along the way, and an extra raffle entry if you post your best moment with and show it at HQ.

Free to attend.

Ever wondered what actually comes with a Ballroom booking?

It usually comes down to what’s really included, and what it’s going to cost.

Full-day rentals start at $700 and come with chairs, tables, bar setup, security, and kitchen access. From there you can add a bride and groom room, PA equipment, a photo booth, or an event coordinator, depending on how much of the day you’d like handled.

Whether you want a basic package, or something more customized, a full day means full day. Set up in the morning, and celebrate into the evening, with no clock running in the background.

The hardest part of lunch downtown isn’t finding something good. It’s picking.
