For those of you that have asked, here is the new menu with the items from 30 years ago. I hope to see you come and enjoy what we have to offer. All right.

Thirty years ago, Amadeus opened its doors in the basement of the Salem Public Library. It was a small space filled with big dreams of providing great food, great service and a place where people could come to be nurtured by the love that went into creating the food we offered. Since then, Amadeus has grown and moved into a much larger space in the Grey Building downtown. While the surroundings have changed, the dream remains the same and I hope to continue serving Salem for many more years.

It is with gratitude as I look back on our journey, to be part of this community of Salem, for without your patronage, I would not be writing this today. You Salem, have supported Amadeus throughout the years and I just want to say, Thank You.

As a way of commemorating this milestone, I have brought back several offerings from the very first menu I created for Amadeus. I hope you all will come and enjoy this offering.
