Let’s talk about our 828 Stuffed Chicken. It’s a nod to the time our owner, Chef Pete Kenney, spent in the Gypsy Cab Co. kitchen with Chef Ned Pollack. Blessed by Ned to be on our menu, Pete and the team have lightly tweaked it to be in the style of Purple Olive.

We take lightly breaded chicken breast stuffed with herb butter and Swiss cheese and finish it with a Tarragon Mushroom Sauce – all served alongside mashed potato, vegetable of the day, and cooked red cabbage.
