Our stories continue! ❤️
This is about Owner, Stacy Critelli
Born and raised in the countryside of Hunterdon County, New Jersey, Stacy Critelli grew up a country girl with an early love for creativity, design, and dreams that reached far beyond her small-town roots.
Her sense of style and creative spirit revealed itself at a very young age-whether she was re-arranging and moving her own bedroom furniture at 10 years of age, sometimes weekly, or sewing together scrap fabrics she found dumpster diving at a nearby textile factory to make pillows. At 12 years old, one of Stacy’s poems was selected for publication in a book that would ultimately become part of a collection housed in Washington, D.C.—an early and meaningful recognition of the imagination that would continue to shape her life. She loved to write poetry and has many.
With big-city dreams, Stacy went on to attend the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, where she studied merchandising and design. At 21, she took another leap of faith and moved across the country to Las Vegas, Nevada, beginning a new chapter with Macy’s.
While at Macy’s, Stacy created a women’s apparel wall display concept that gained national recognition within the company. Her design was published as a visual standard for Macy’s stores to recreate—an accomplishment that led to an opportunity for a very significant position in San Francisco., California. Although it was an extraordinary offer, Stacy ultimately chose to follow a different path- which included interior, visual, floral, & event design.
From a childhood in a New Jersey countryside to New York City, Las Vegas and Florida, Stacy’s story has never followed a conventional route. It has been shaped by creativity, instinct, hard work and the willingness to take chances—while never forgetting where she came from.
At heart, she remains that Hunterdon County country girl and whose heart remains in her Homestate of New Jersey, who simply had big dreams and the courage to see where they might lead on the outside of its border. This story continues for her and all the while she is cherishing and loving every moment of life in a restaurant her partner Brian and her love so very much.
She is a Mom to two sweet fur babies, Romeo & Xena and a proud Aunt to nine nieces & nephews! 💗💙
