A North Carolina classic, with a Wh***ey Kitchen twist. 🥃

In celebration of Country Ham Restaurant Week and the kickoff of the NC State Fair, we’re serving up a special you’ll want to get your hands on—all day today! 🎡🎠

House-made biscuit, bourbon molasses-soaked country ham, honey herb goat cheese, caramelized onion, and blackberry jam. Sweet, savory, and a little unexpected, all tucked into one delicious biscuit.

From October 15–25, restaurants across the state are giving this Southern staple a delicious renaissance. We’re proud to bring our own spin to a North Carolina tradition.

A rare pour worth slowing down for. 🥃

Now featured on our wh***ey wall: Oak & Grist’s 9-Year American Single Malt, a limited release with just 192 bottles produced.

Distilled from 100% locally malted barley and aged for 9 years and 63 days in a former Four Roses bourbon barrel, this North Carolina wh***ey delivers layers of baked apple pie, vanilla bean, toffee, and tangerine, followed by notes of black tea, cacao, and warming spice.

Aged patiently. Crafted locally. Here for a limited time.
