Our SUMMER MULE combines gin, watermelon lavender syrup, lime, ginger beer, and soda for a bright, refreshing sip made for sunny afternoons.

Finished with a sprig of lavender from Wendy's garden because that's just how we do things around here. 😁

This Thursday, June 25, your meal at Fireside does a little extra good. We're proud to join Bites for Rights, a one-day Pride season fundraiser hosted by Basic Rights Oregon. A portion of our proceeds will go toward protecting LGBTQ2SIA+ rights for all Oregonians.
