A surprising number of people still think we’re just a meat company.

Fair enough. Our charcuterie IS the best.

But if you’ve never joined us at the restaurant, you’ve only experienced half of Olympia Provisions.

Well, look what finally showed up.

We’ve been talking about new salami packaging for so long that some people probably thought it was never going to happen. But here it is.

Huge thanks to Scott Downey for the dreamy designs and artwork and B&B Print & Packaging for helping us bring it to life.

You’ll start seeing it roll out in stores and online over the next few weeks. If your favorite salami is still wearing the old outfit, don’t panic—it’s coming.

More new packaging is on the way this year, too.

Now back to the important stuff: making salami.
