New webstore alert!

We've been busy behind the scenes getting the new version of Elevator.coffee ready! After months of learning, fine tuning, and tweaking, we are finally ready to launch. Our wholesale customers started ordering a couple of weeks ago, and we are looking forward to hearing how you like the new changes.

You asked and we listened. Subscription control has been a consistently requested feature, and something we could not do with our old system. We are excited about the all of the subscription options for our customers and are happy we are almost to the finish line! If you are a subscriber, keep an eye out for an email with a discount code to help make the move a little sweeter.

Visit Elevator.Coffee and let us know what you think!

!!NEW COFFEE!!

Sorry for all of the !!!, we are a little excited. It's been a while since we have had a Kenya on the menu; this is what we have been looking for!

Kenya Kiamugumo AB is sourced from our friends at \ and is grown at about 1600masl on the slopes of Mt Kenya. This washed coffee has a vibrant acidity and is quite fruit forward; think juicy citrus and roasted pineapple. This coffee truly shines as a pour-over, or as an espresso.

Just a reminder we have moved our cut-off time to 10am pacific time on Sundays. We are still roasting on Mondays, and shipping on Tuesdays. Orders received after that time will be roasted the following week.

Candelaria is returned!

We have had this coffee on the menu in the past, and it was so good we brought it back. Sourced by our friends at La Minita, the coffee comes from from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, this coffee offers classic characteristics we've grown to love. Candelaria as well as an espresso as it does in a pour-over; it stands up really well in milk based drinks.
If you have never had coffee from Elevator, this would be a good place to start!

Flavors that remind us of chocolate, almond, and orange.

We have a New Coffee on the menu!

This cultivar is a new one to us and comes to us from Royal Coffee, Inc. . "Typica Mejorado" is a coffee developed in Ecuador in the 1970s using Ethiopian landrace coffees crossed with the bourbon variety.

Juan Peña is known for his meticulous processing. The coffee (grown at 1400-1700masl), is selectively harvested, floated and sorted for density prior to processing. It is then de-pulped, fermented, washed, and dried for 9-18 days using an automated drying room management system to carefully ensure stable moisture content and water activity levels. The attention to detail really shows up in the cup. We can't wait for you to taste this coffee!

Flavors remind us of: guava, caramel, and custard.

Costa Rica, El Indio

We are excited to have another coffee comes from our friends at . El Indio is a fully washed coffee comes from San Marcos, in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica. This coffee is very approachable yet complex and is delicious as a pour over, and fantastic in a latte.

We taste flavors that remind us of milk chocolate, orange, and walnut.

Finca El Diviso Java is almost gone! We don't usually post this often about a coffee so you know we are excited about it.
