Late Summer Con Alma classics are back!

🍹Great Pumpkin Waltz is our take on fall favorites-pumpkin and spice. We keep this cocktail tangy with lemon, Maggie’s Farm dark rum, Big Springs spiced rum, apricot allspice dram, and pumpkin coconut cream.

🍸Lady Day, in honor of Billie Holiday and plumcot season, is a silky concoction of Barr Hill gin, plumcot infused Tanqueray Rangpur, Italicus bergamot, orange curasao, lemon, and orange bitters.

🍷South African Wine Features🍷

Trizanne, Lourens Family, and Testalonga are 3 of our South African producers we are highlighting going into fall and for our Sept 30th wine dinner! These producers are bringing forward a unique and fresh take on Syrah, Chenin Blanc, Grenache Blanc, and Cinsaut. We are excited to pair these with our late summer menu and of course just as enjoyable on their own.

Enjoy a 4 course dinner featuring South African wine pairings! Guests that reserve by Sept 19 will receive a 20$ gift certificate!

The menu is as follows:

🥗 Course 1: Late Summer Salad - Grilled Pennsylvania peaches, little gem, country ham, smoked blue cheese, benne seed and sorghum–black pepper vinaigrette

🥗 Course 2: Tomato Cheesecake - Heirloom tomatoes, ricotta, cream cheese, parmigiana, heirloom grape tomato jam, 30 yr balsamic vinegar

🥗 Course 3: Pan-Seared Salmon - Crispy-skin salmon, sweet-corn soubise, chanterelles, melted leeks, verjus beurre blanc

🥗 Course 4: Buttermilk Panna Cotta - Blackberry, lemon, toasted sesame shortbread

🍷 The Finger Lakes will always have a place on our menu and we would like to highlight another favorite winery this week – Lamoreaux Landing!

Years ago, Chef Josh, Prince, and I were welcomed to their private tasting room, and when a Chablis style Chardonnay was mentioned, I was thrilled. Considering themselves farmers first is a testament to their dedication to terroir and sustainability.
