SLOW IT DOWN // We’re so happy to introduce our first artist collaboration, partnered alongside our friend Mini Trees Lexi Vega!
Named after her new album, “Slow It Down,” this collab is our way of celebrating the parallels between music and coffee — two things that ask you to pause, be present, and notice what’s actually connecting you to the people around you. Music, coffee, relationships — the stuff worth slowing down for.
Lexi actually found us the regular way — as a customer. She’d come in for her espresso tonic, we’d get to talking, and we realized how much we had in common. That conversation turned into “let’s make something together,” and here we are.
This collab has a few parts to it:
☕ THE SAPLING TONIC — a yuzu espresso tonic inspired by Lexi’s usual order, with her own twist folded in. Available on the menu now!

🌱 SLOW IT DOWN, our limited collab coffee. We invited Lexi in for a cupping of our current lineup, and she landed on a gorgeous Honduran Parainema natural from Marilyn Alfaro — she even hand-drew the doodles for the bag herself. Limited to 200 bags, available starting 8.14.
We’re beyond grateful to get to do this with Lexi and can’t wait to celebrate the kickoff of her tour with her.
