At Pit Boss Bar-B-Q we take great pride in being the boss of Bar-B-Q. We use only the highest quality beef, pork and chicken and slowly cook it over an oak wood fire, searing in the natural juices and distinctive smoke flavor. Our baked beans, creamy cole slaw and red skin potato salad are prepared fresh daily. Thank you for your patronage over the years.

🔥 A LITTLE ABOUT PIT BOSS BAR-B-Q 🔥
How We Got to Where We Are Today

Ever wonder where the name Pit Boss came from? 🤔

In casinos around the world, the person in charge of the gaming tables is known as the “Pit Boss.” At Pit Boss Bar-B-Q, we took that idea and made it our own — because when it comes to BBQ, we’re the Boss! 🐷🔥

We take pride in serving high-quality brisket, pork, and chicken, slowly cooked over an oak wood fire to create that unmistakable smoky flavor and juicy tenderness you love. 🤤

And it doesn’t stop with the BBQ! Our baked beans, creamy coleslaw, and red skin potato salad are prepared fresh daily, using quality ingredients throughout our kitchen.

For all these years, you've made Pit Boss Bar-B-Q part of your community, and we truly appreciate every visit, every meal, and every customer who has supported us along the way.

❤️ We can’t “Rib” without you!

So roll up your sleeves, grab a plate, and come enjoy the unique taste of Pit Boss Bar-B-Q! 🍖🔥

🔥 DID YOU KNOW? 🔥

🐷 BBQ FACT: Pulled pork is traditionally made from pork shoulder, and there’s a good reason! The natural marbling helps keep the meat juicy, tender, and packed with flavor during the long, slow smoking process. 🤤🔥

That’s how we do it at Pit Boss BBQ!
